Every cloud has a silver lining
You see now is my turn
The sea that roars and bellows below
I am waiting for the sun
The sun that rises from the clouds
Its rays that look like strings
One string is all I need for now
To catch the silver lining
The strings move make us dance
The lining put me in a trance
And then I get up to see
The sun setting under the sea
I find myself in the dark
The snoring sea is all I hark
But I know that this will end too
The silver lining with early dew
The Story Behind
This poem is a metaphor. It says nothing literally but gives a secret message. That's why its special as I have never written anything like this before.
All I want to reveal through this poem is that the 'I' here is a cloud, a smiling cloud and a day in the life of this cloud as he keeps on moving facing the glowing sun, the snoring sea; passing the night shivering but still hopeful that tomorrow will bring another bright cheerful day in its life.
