Its dark its grim the sky at night
The clouds hiding the moon
A twinkling star I see only
And my eyes feel it soon

The whole night till the day break
I keep staring at it
So still is its glowing light
Like candles in the lone sky lit

The twinkling and the shining
I close my eyes I see
The star still shines in my heart
And says something to me

Days will break nights will fall
But don't you break or fall
Remember this will pass too
Success will then befall

I raise my hand but its too short
You are destined to be far away
I just want to say 'Thank You'
For what you did in the sway

I raise my voice in the darkness
Words precious as these but few
Cause all I want to say
Is that star is none other than you
