Two Clouds

Two clouds in the sky
Rising up high and high
Reaching out to a star

Two clouds mist with dew
Soft and mellow a cold wind blew
Like the fragrance of a flower

Two clouds drench in rain
As a big black cloud cries in pain
At the stroke of a cold wee hour

Two clouds deeply care
For a cloud in great despair
As it joins the two from afar

Two clouds kiss to grow
A mountain formed of fluffy snow
Reaching out with no bar

Two clouds made my day
Led me on to Heaven's way
Right here and not too far

The Story Behind

I bet all of you must have seen this happening in the sky at day time. Two massive white clouds move slowly but steadily towards each other, until they join each other and amalgamate together. This combination gives them the unique impression of that of a huge snow clad mountain. This newly formed mountain moves out in search of other such lone clouds and such clouds combine with the newly formed mountain and the massiveness of this natural phenomenon goes on increasing.

This sight has to be actually seen to be believed. Just today I saw it happening for quite some time and that's how this poem struck me. The last paragraph is just my perception of Heaven. It is a general and commonly accepted vision that Heaven has to be a place with many white clouds on and about you and layers of thick fog surrounding you. When I see two clouds meeting together in the sky, I tend to feel why go on looking for another Heaven. Right here in the sky with your own eyes, you tend to witness an astonishing sight: Heaven being created in front of you.

I only hope man learns to appreciate the tender beauty of nature in it's every truest sense. Such obvious and yet strikingly natural and fascinating sights in nature do not leave any doubt in our minds regarding the masterful creations of God.
